Padmission
Create a Padmission account to identify housing options for your clients.
Cover Letter
When you identify a unit that is a good match, fill out the below cover letter with your client and submit it through Padmission. Move through a typical application process
Lease Up
Complete the Move-In process and document the condition of the unit (if a checklist is not provided in the lease, use the one provided below).
Move-In Notification
Upload the executed lease and cover letter into HMIS and complete the Move-In Notification Form for Hope to Home.
Claims
If a damage or vacancy occurs, direct the owner to fill out an online claim form and visit the unit as needed.
