Is Hope to Home a voucher program?
No, Hope to Home is not a voucher, but the benefits of Hope to Home work alongside rental assistance programs to strengthen their impact and ensure our Property Partners have a good experience
How will referred tenants pay their monthly rent?
Our referrals will have recently been connected to a housing program for their monthly rent, administered by local housing support agencies. These programs are typically either Rapid Rehousing or Permanent Supportive Housing (combining case management with a Housing Choice Voucher).
Do I still get to pick who gets to live in my unit?

If you have completed the membership form online, and are ready to list your units, you can sign up here.
How do I access the Damage & Vacancy Loss Fund?
If a referred tenant who moved in February 1st, 2023 or later has caused significant physical damage or breaks their lease without notice, please fill out a Claim Form here [hyperlink]. You will need to upload supporting documents such as photos, invoices, estimated labor costs, or ledgers. Please notify us upon discovery of any damages as we may choose to inspect the unit in-person as a part of our claim process. Please read our full policies here for all details.
Who do I call with a concern related to a Hope to Home referred tenant?
Hope to Home has dedicated team members who will help connect you to the right resource if we do not directly have the answer. We act as a centralized point of contact for the network of housing providers and can help reconnect you to a tenant’s support team if needed.
